„Vier und neunzig“ is a personal documentary project about facing time and transience at a high age. The last days seem the most mundane yet the ordinary, usually overlooked, becomes everything, the whole essence of being.

To me, this video smells of warm apple compote with cinnamon, of musty tree bark, and of milk & honey soap, the kind she keeps refilling in the downstairs bathroom, Deutsche Mark price tag still stuck on.
